Description

When Will Burton moves to New Jersey with his mom, he finds that high schools are pretty much the same all over, and he's just as much a misfit as ever. But the new school's got a thing for music, and the annual Bandslam competition--an event called "Texas high school football big"--is the biggest ticket in town. Will becomes part of a band and enters Bandslam only to take on rival high-school supergroup and current odds-on favorite the Glory Dogs.
