Description

February 10, 2009 Central Oklahoma storm chase and tornados. Raw video from a storm chase on February 10,, 2009. The video starts on the Kilpatrick Turnpike in northwest Oklahoma City and ends near Guthrie, Oklahoma on I-35. Early in the clip a rain wrapped hard to see tornado is viewed as it was hitting the northwest side of Oklahoma City at 2:37 pm. A little later a distant view of the tornado that hit Edmond at about 3:08 pm is visible. Near the end of the clip the remnants of a brief funnel near Guthrie is observed. Golf ball size hail was also encountered. Sadly there was damage in the northwest OKC and Edmond areas.
